Shippng and Return Info
*All regular orders will ship within 7-21 business days. Please allow additional time for new releases to ship
All sales are final with no returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations on any orders.
All packages come with tracking from the USPS. Once your order shows "delivered" on the USPS tracking site your order is now complete on our end. If for some reason the package shows "delivered" and you did not receive it you must contact your post office and file a lost package claim and get a claim # or check with your neighbors. The scanners the USPS use have GPS on them so they can tell where a package was left. Once it shows delivered our part is done and we are not responsible for any packages marked delivered by the post office that you didn't receive.
If you purchased our add on insurance and receive a broken/damaged item please contact us within 5 business days with a photo of your broke item/s and photos of all packing materials (please save and photograph all packing materials as well as they will be needed to file a insurance claim) and we will either send you a replacement if the item is available or issue you a refund once we a file a insurance claim and it is finalized by the insurance company.
*If you opt out of the add on insurance please be aware there will be NO protection against loss and or damage.
*Please note all insurance claims must be verified by you the purchaser and Sugar Drizzle in order to process any claims via email.
Also *Please note any damaged items will be required to be sent back to Sugar Drizzle within 5 days of notification to us via a pre paid shipping label we will send you in order for to get your refund and or replacement. No Exceptions
Lost packages (not showing delivered by the post office) will either be replaced or refunded depending if stock is available and please allow 30 days for your package to arrive before contacting us.
*Any packages sent back to me for wrong address listed with payment or moved and left no forwarding address or undeliverables will be reshipped at the buyers expense only

New product release info:
Due to the overwhelming amount of orders placed during the release of new products I'm unable to add to, alter, combine shipping, cancel or apply any discount codes not applied to orders so please make sure your order is correct before placing it.
Pre Orders will be shipped in the time frame stated in the listings and if you order any additional items with your pre order everything will be shipped out together so if you need those items faster please make a separate order :)
International shipping (select countries only) is available for makeup products only. Unfortunately I don't ship nail polish abroad due to the flammable nature of the polish. Any international orders for nail polish will be cancelled and refunded.
Lost/Not received International packages (not showing delivered by the post office) will either be replaced, refunded and or a insurance claim will be filed and please allow 45-60 calendar days for your package to arrive before contacting us.
*All international buyers are responsible for any import fee's your country may charge to you and are not nonrefundable by Sugar Drizzle.
